Staying here during summer is a must for a comfortable sleep. The rooms offer excellent en-suite facilities, an oversized bathtub, and a luxurious bed; however, be cautious of mold and cleanliness issues.
Rooms
5.0
The room was really big but had mold on the walls, a rotten window cill, and old, dirty bath panel.
Service
7.0
The service was polite, courteous, and generally friendly; however, staff seemed overworked, causing delays in food delivery.
Location
6.0
The location needs some improvement, but it's great for fell walking in the Western Lakes area with friendly staff.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, but could benefit from extending the breakfast hours and improving food quality.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities are in disrepair apart from the lobby and bar area.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not perfect with a few issues like holes in the walls, lifting carpets, and uncomfortable pillows. The lack of door locks from the inside made me feel unsafe, and the cheap toilet roll was a letdown. However, the breakfast was tasty, and the off-street parking was convenient. Overall, I would rate it a 3 out of 10; not impressive for an extended stay.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms had some issues, but the en-suite facilities were excellent with luxury amenities like an oversized bathtub and a comfy Emperor size bed.
Service
5.0
The service was subpar, as the staff seemed clueless and not very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.
Location
6.0
The location was not as touristy as expected but offered easy access to the city center and convenient parking, suitable for exploring the Western Lakes area.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average with reasonable prices but some noise issues in the corridor. Breakfast was included, but improvements could be made.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were decent, with a sauna and free Wi-Fi. However, improvements in service and room quality are necessary for the value.

6.4/10
The hotel had some highlights with its off-street parking and good breakfast, but the room experience left much to be desired due to constant heating and lack of responsiveness from staff. Despite that, the facilities were impressive, making it a convenient place to stay.
Rooms
5.0
The room only had 1 tea cup and it was challenging to get assistance from the busy reception. The heating was overwhelming and impacted our sleep.
Service
6.0
The service was nice and polite, but there could have been more independence given to resolve issues when management was unavailable.
Location
6.0
The hotel overall needs some improvement, but it was in a good location with convenient off-street parking.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was a good value for money at £5.95, but it ended too early for our stay.
Facilities
8.0
We found the facilities to be impressive and stayed in the hotel most of the time.
